I am From Porto Azzurro, Elba Island (part of the Tuscan Archipelago).
I discovered my passion for trail running / trekking as soon as i arrived in London, working for one of the most popular running brand in the world : ASICS. My addiction to endurance running has grown over the years and I completed over than 10 Marathon and few ultras. I run races of varying distances from 20 - 50 miles. More so than anything I love inspiring people to try a challenge they haven’t done before, the results are incredibly rewarding. I am a qualified professional nature and interpretive guide ,I love to squeeze as much out of my day as possible, an outdoor aficionado who revels in testing myself in harsh environments. I run or walk everyday,no matter the circumstances.
My aim: to arrange running/trekking adventures to unique and jaw-dropping destinations around the Tuscan Archipelago.
Aside from running and trekking, I am a lifeguard and a volounteer for path/trek manteinance.
My Story
Few years ago I gave up My job, and boarded a Flight to come back home, Italy...
My motivation was simple – I liked the idea of starting up a business that would helped people to re-connect with the great outdoors.
After months of hiking and studying , I reflected on the moments that had stood out for me: the remoteness and beauty of the trails;
As I started to put the first hiking tours together, I kept highlights (and lowlights) at the forefront of my mind. I decided to make it my goal to make sure that my customers would have the best possible hiking experience when they came to Elba.
